There are currently two rates:
"Non-refundable, non-cancellable": as soon as the booking is made, 100% of the booking amount is invoiced and is non-refundable. A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the reservation, excluding extras, is debited at the time of booking.
"Flexible": cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the reservation confirmation e-mail. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, or if the customer fails to arrive at the hotel, the first night, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the customer at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.
MEDIATEUR DE LA CONSOMMATIONAfter contacting customer service and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, whose contact details are given below:
